企业文化与企业思想政治工作虽然是不同的两个概念,但在实际操作中又有着密切的联系。两者都是以提高企业的经济效益、发展企业生产力为目的,强调“以人为本”、协调好企业内部的人际关系,重视培养干部职工的集体意识并提高其思想道德素质,把最大限度地调动干部职工的积极性和主动性作为自己的重要任务。本文通过抓住企业文化与思想政治工作的“三通”(即对象同、目的近、途径通),解释如何通过两者的相互影响、渗透和互补,使之达到相得益彰、共同发展的目标,在企业改革发展中发挥作用。
