卵巢癌是妇科常见恶性肿瘤,发病率和死亡率较高,5年存活率低。维甲酸是维生素A代谢及化学合成衍生物,具有多种同分异构体,在体内维甲酸可以通过其结合蛋白和受体调节其分布、代谢和发挥生物学活性。维甲酸衍生物是在全反式维甲酸分子结构的基础上衍生而来的一类促凋亡化合物,较维甲酸具有更低的细胞毒作用和更强的抗肿瘤作用。维甲酸及其衍生物可以通过受体依赖和抑制转录活性因子活性蛋白-1等途径抑制细胞增殖、调控凋亡、诱导分化和抑制血管生成发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological malignancy, a higher incidence and mortality, 5-year survival rate is low. Retinoic acid is a vitamin A metabolite and chemical synthesis derivatives, with a variety of isomers, retinoids in the body through its binding protein and receptor to regulate its distribution, metabolism and biological activity. Retinoic acid derivatives are a class of pro-apoptotic compounds derived from the structure of all-trans retinoic acid and have lower cytotoxicity and anti-tumor effects than retinoic acid. Retinoic acid and its derivatives can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, regulate apoptosis, induce differentiation and inhibit angiogenesis through receptor-dependent and inhibitory activity of transcriptional activator protein-1 and other anti-tumor effects.
