研究了利用直接电导检测-离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中5种无机阴离子(F-、Cl-、SO42-、NO3-、NO2-)的方法,实验采用IonPacAS11(4 mm×250 mm)阴离子交换分离柱,选用KOH为淋洗液,考察了淋洗液浓度、流速及柱温对上述无机阴离子的影响。确定最佳色谱条件为:以23.0 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,流速1.2 mL/min,柱温31.0℃。在此条件下可同时分离和测定五种无机阴离子,且色谱峰形对称。离子浓度的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=4)在0.14%~1.78%之间,相对误差在0.72%~3.17%之间,加标回收率在97.5%~105.0%之间,能在9 min内完成分析。方法简便、快速,检测结果准确可靠,用于实际饮用水分析,所得结果令人满意。
The method for simultaneous determination of five inorganic anions (F-, Cl-, SO42-, NO3-, NO2-) in drinking water by direct conductivity detection-ion chromatography was studied. IonPacAS11 (4 mm × 250 mm) anion exchange Separation column, the choice of KOH as eluent, investigated eluent concentration, flow rate and column temperature on the inorganic anion. The optimal chromatographic conditions were as follows: 23.0 mmol / L KOH as eluent, flow rate 1.2 mL / min, column temperature 31.0 ℃. In this condition, five kinds of inorganic anions can be separated and measured simultaneously, and the chromatographic peaks are symmetrical. The relative standard deviations (RSD, n = 4) of ion concentrations ranged from 0.14% to 1.78%, the relative errors were between 0.72% and 3.17%, and the recoveries were between 97.5% and 105.0% Within the analysis. The method is simple and rapid, the test results are accurate and reliable, and the results are satisfactory for the actual analysis of drinking water.
