针对锤头在使用中锤柄不断承受交变的弯曲应力和冲击力,而锤头部位则主要承受较强的冲击力和摩擦力的特点,设计出一种新型的锤头复合铸造工艺。两个具有倒梯形燕尾结构的耐磨块镶铸在锤下端中轴线的两侧。耐磨块用高铬铸铁铸造成形,浇注前先经过适当热处理和表面清理,重新加热到600℃以上后放入铸型,并迅速浇入高锰钢铸成锤体,使耐磨块与锤柄主体合金达到冶金结合,耐磨块在使用中不脱落。复合锤头耐磨性显著提高。
