当今世界是传媒的世界,更是文化的世界。我国在党的十七大报告中明确指出,要推进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣。作为对传播有着巨大影响的传媒业更应该透过自己本身的优势,通过文化软实力,促进文化大繁荣。提高国家文化软实力、在日趋激烈的综合国力竞争中赢得主动,需要我们进一步从战略上研究部署文化改革发展。其中,透过文化软实力发展传媒业是我们研究的重要课题。
Today’s world is the media world, but also the cultural world. Our country clearly pointed out in the report to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we must promote the great prosperity and development of socialist culture. As a media industry that has a huge impact on communication, it should, through its own advantages, promote cultural prosperity through cultural soft power. To increase the national cultural soft power and win the initiative in the increasingly fierce competition in overall national strength require us to further study and deploy the strategy of cultural reform and development. Among them, developing the media industry through cultural soft power is an important issue for our research.
