本文利用广西中剑水蚤(暂定名)在花园里进行控制白纹伊蚊的效果观察。结果:一次性投放剑水蚤300只,10天后蚊幼的平均密度下降了81.76%,以后一直维持在一个较低的水平。对照区的平均密度一直比实验区高出十至几十倍,容器阳性率亦在10天后明显下降,以后仅在小范围内波动,对照组一直保持在100%,12月才下降至50%,此时实验区的容器阳性率为0.67%,叮咬频率也由原来的33只/15,下降至9只/15,在白纹伊蚊活动高峰期,实验区的叮咬频率为0只/15,而对照区则高达136只/15,有效时间达5个多月。
