采用红外光谱、广角X光衍射、示差扫描量热分析法研究全间位聚醚醚酮酮(PEEKmK)的基本物性与结晶行为。实验结果表明:PEEKmK红外光谱中1030cm ̄(-1)处有一特征吸收峰,其广角X光衍射谱在20.7°处的衍射峰消失。在不同温度下对PEEKmk无定形样品进行热处理表明:在较高温度(200℃~240℃)下样品才能结晶,其结晶程度远小于全对位聚醚醚酮酮。
The physical properties and crystallization behavior of all-position PEEKmK were investigated by FT-IR, wide-angle X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The experimental results show that there is a characteristic absorption peak at 1030 cm -1 in PEEKmK infrared spectrum, and the diffraction peak at 20.7 ° of the wide-angle X-ray diffraction spectrum disappears. Heat treatment of amorphous samples of PEEKmk at different temperatures showed that the samples crystallized at higher temperature (200 ℃ ~ 240 ℃), and the degree of crystallization was far less than that of PEEK ketones.
