本文研究了室温形变加碳氮共渗复合处理后08F、20钢及16Mn钢的强度、塑性和韧性的变化规律,试验结果表明:没有形变的试样经碳氮共渗处理后其强度虽然增加了,但脆性却很严重;经过预先变形后的试样,其拉伸强度σ_s、σ_b、延伸率δ和冲击韧性都有较大幅度的增加,断口形式由没有形变的解理脆性断口转变为韧窝状韧性断口。系列冲击试验结果表明,预先塑性变形能大大降低碳氮共渗的韧性转变温度,当08F钢形变量达60%时,脆性转变温度下降了大约100℃。作者通过大量试验首次证明,经形变碳氮共渗复合处理后的低碳钢中存在着十分显著的强韧化效果。
In this paper, the variation of strength, ductility and toughness of 08F, 20 and 16Mn steels after room temperature deformation and carbonitriding were studied. The experimental results show that although the strength of untreated specimens after carbonitriding is increased But the brittleness is very serious. After the pre-deformed specimen, the tensile strength σ_s, σ_b, elongation δ and impact toughness all increased greatly. The fracture morphology changed from the non-deformed cleavage brittle fracture to Ductile toughness fracture. The results of series of impact tests show that pre-plastic deformation can greatly reduce the ductile transition temperature of carbonitriding. When the steel deformation of 08F reaches 60%, the brittle transition temperature decreases about 100 ℃. The author for the first time through a large number of tests showed that there is a very significant toughening effect in mild steel after deformation carbonitriding composite treatment.
