探讨了多孔陶瓷板燃气预混燃烧过程中氮氧化物的生成机理,分析了该燃烧过程中氮氧化物排放量低的原因.在所得到的孔内混合气体温度场的基础上,运用数值计算方法计算了该燃烧过程中氮氧化物的生成量.同时,利用试验手段得到了多孔陶瓷板燃气燃烧器的氮氧化物的排放量,并与数值计算的结果进行了比较.
The formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides in the combustion process of porous ceramic gas premix was discussed. The reason of low NOx emission during the combustion process was analyzed. Based on the temperature field of the mixed gas in the hole, the amount of nitrogen oxides generated in the combustion process was calculated by numerical method. At the same time, the nitrogen oxide emissions from the porous ceramic gas burner were obtained by experimental means and compared with the numerical results.
