目的:研究透析用水、透析液细菌内毒素及细菌污染状况。方法:对本院2000年6月-2003年6月的透析用水和透析液进行细菌内毒素限度检测。结果:透析用水细菌内毒素<0.25 EU.ml-1,细菌培养为(87+71)CFU.ml-1。透析器入口、出口处细菌内毒素均<0.5 EU·ml-1,入口处细菌培养为(686±284)CFU·ml-1,出口处细菌培养为(495±311)CFU·ml-1。结论:目前透析用水及透析液存在内毒素及细菌污染。定期检测透析用水、透析液的细菌内毒素水平及进行细菌培养,定期消毒透析用水装置及透析液容器,对减少热原反应至关重要。
Objective: To study the bacterial endotoxin and bacterial contamination of dialysis water and dialysis fluid. Methods: The limits of bacterial endotoxin in dialysis water and dialysate of our hospital from June 2000 to June 2003 were tested. Results: Dialysis water bacterial endotoxin <0.25 EU. ml-1, and bacterial culture was (87 + 71) CFU. ml-1. The bacterial endotoxin in the entrance and exit of the dialyzer were all less than 0.5 EU ml-1, the bacterial culture was (686 284) CFU ml-1 at the entrance and 495 311 311 CFU ml- 1. Conclusion: There are endotoxin and bacterial contamination in dialysis water and dialysis fluid. Regular testing of dialysis water, dialysis fluid bacterial endotoxin levels and bacterial culture, regular disinfection of dialysis water devices and dialysate containers, to reduce the pyrogen reaction is essential.
