本文报道国内首次合成的新增敏化合物——丁胱亚磺酰亚胺(buthioine sulfoxi-mine,简称BSO)对离体中国仓鼠V79-379A细胞在各种不同条件下的细胞毒性作用。实验结果表明:BSO在离体实验条件下对细胞的毒性作用较小;当它与双功能性的辐射增敏剂RSU-1069合用时,可明显地增加RSU-1069的细胞毒性作用,这在肿瘤放射治疗与化学药物治疗中有重要的意义。
This article reports the first cytotoxic effect of buthioine sulfoxi-mine (BSO) synthesized in vitro on the isolated Chinese hamster V79-379A cells under various conditions. The experimental results show that the cytotoxicity of BSO in vitro is small; when combined with bifunctional radiosensitizer RSU-1069, the cytotoxicity of RSU-1069 can be obviously increased Tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy have important meanings.
