晚餐与肥胖 晚餐吃得过饱,血糖、血中氨基酸及脂肪酸的浓度就会增高,从而促使胰岛素大量分泌。因为人们在晚上一般活动量较少,热能消耗很低,多余的热量在胰岛素的作用下大量合成脂肪,逐渐使人发胖。因此,中老年人晚餐宜清淡,摄入的热量不应超过全天总热量的30%,这对于防止和控制发胖有益。
