面对做强钢铁主业、做大矿山产业的发展定位,如何以打造学习型企业文化为主旨,用愿景目标引领企业转型发展,是矿业公司必须面对、亟待解决的实践课题。以目标引领为切入点增强全员发展矿山的使命感按照通钢集团“十二五”发展定位,矿业公司确立了今后一个时期发展目标是:潜心学习首钢矿业,全力打造成长性矿业、多元化矿业、和谐型矿业,大力推进自动化、信息化、数字化矿山建设。针对这一目标,矿业公司从增强全员使命感入手,一是抓好愿景体系构建。
