在玻璃温室鉴定大白菜抗 TuMV 的育种材料的抗病性及筛选其抗病后代,人工接种时的恰当苗令是2—3片真叶期。接种用的大白菜病叶汁液浓度不得少于1/8。白天温度以25℃—30℃为最好,在过低的温度下,大白菜的固有抗病性得不到应有的发挥;在过高的温度下,病毒的侵染和增殖的潜在能力得不到充分的表达,故发病情况不是偏高就是偏低。温室的光照强度不得低于10,000LX,光照时间不得短于8小时。春季的日照率在60%以上,从接种到症状得到充分表现需要18天;夏季的日照率在40%左右时则需要22天。对大白菜做一次接种后,来发病的单株经过剥叶处理后再接种,比较简便地使抗病性鉴定的结果达到准确的程度和提高筛得的抗病材料的纯度。
