针对近年来自考全日制助学中暴露出的问题,调研组开展了历时一年的专题调研活动,采用文献法、调查法、统计分析法等研究方法,在全面调查的基础上,描述浙江省自考全日制助学活动的发展历史与现状,分析全日制助学的成效与问题,提出规范自考全日制助学的对策措施,即从主管部门和助学机构两层面加强体制机制建设,进一步规范自考全日制助学工作。
