目的探讨花萼海绵体诱癌素A(CalyculinA)诱导的早熟染色体凝集(PCC)与辐射剂量之间的剂量-效应关系。方法取健康人的抗凝外周静脉血,用~(137)铯γ射线分别照射0、0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0Gy,观察Calyculin A诱导的PCC,并用C显带方法染色。结果Calyculin A诱导的PCC总畸变率、断片率、双着丝粒体加环状染色体率与外照射剂量之间有良好的二次方程关系。结论Calyculin A诱导PCC可以作为生物剂量计使用。
Objective To investigate the dose-response relationship between Calyculin A-induced precocious chromosome condensation (PCC) and radiation dose. Methods Peripheral anticoagulant blood was collected from healthy volunteers. The cells were exposed to 0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 Gy of ~ (137) cesium γ - ray. PCC induced by Calyculin A was observed and stained with C - banding method. Results Calyculin A induced PCC total aberration rate, fragment rate, dicentric plus circular chromosome rate and external radiation dose between a good quadratic equation. Conclusion Calyculin A induced PCC can be used as a biological dosimeter.
