目的探讨局部晚期宫颈癌(LACC)组织中DNA倍体、P53突变型基因的表达与术后放疗高危因素的关系,进而对治疗方案的影响。方法收集60例新辅助化疗(NACT)前LACC患者的活检标本,采用免疫组化法检测P53基因的表达情况,应用细胞DNA定量分析技术分析DNA倍体。结果 DNA倍体、P53基因对术后放疗高危因素有显著性影响(P=0.001、P=0.000)。DNA倍体和P53基因有显著的相关性,相关系数为0.356,P=0.005。结论 DNA倍体、P53和术后放疗高危因素有显著相关性,联合检测治疗前LACC组织中二者的表达情况,有助于治疗方案的选择。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of DNA ploidy and P53 mutant gene and the risk factors of postoperative radiotherapy in locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC), and to study the influence of the treatment regimen. Methods Biopsy specimens of 60 patients with LACC before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) were collected. The expression of P53 gene was detected by immunohistochemistry. DNA ploidy was analyzed by DNA quantitative analysis. Results DNA ploidy and P53 gene had a significant effect on the risk factors of postoperative radiotherapy (P = 0.001, P = 0.000). DNA ploidy and P53 gene have a significant correlation, the correlation coefficient of 0.356, P = 0.005. Conclusion DNA ploidy, P53 and postoperative radiotherapy risk factors are significantly correlated, combined detection of LACC before treatment in the expression of both the organization is helpful to the choice of treatment options.
