脑内激素受体的研究是神经内分泌学的一个重要内容。已证实大鼠脑内皮质酮受体集中分布在海马,近年来报道,海马皮质酮受体数量受脑内5—HT能系统的调节。本文用放射配体结合测定法研究了去肾上腺大鼠海马胞液皮质酮受体的结合持性以及对氯苯丙氨酸降低海马5—HT含量后,海马胞液皮质酮受体数量的变化。
Research on intracerebral hormone receptors is an important part of neuroendocrinology. It has been demonstrated that cortisone receptors in the brain are concentrated in the hippocampus. In recent years, it has been reported that the number of corticosterone receptors in the hippocampus is regulated by the 5-HT system in the brain. Radioligand binding assay was used to investigate the binding of corticosterone receptor in the hippocampus of adrenal rats and the change of corticosterone receptor in the hippocampus after 5-HT was decreased by para-chlorophenylalanine .
