在初中英语教学中,一提到对划线部分提问,许多中学生就挠头皮,不知从哪里下手,那么多的时态,那么多的语法知识,着实让他们困惑。当时,我的班里也出现这种现象,孩子们感觉很棘手,如何帮助孩子渡过难关,是我急需解决的问题。那时的我静下心来,认真思考、钻研,终于想出了“巧解英语划线部分提问三步曲”。有了这种方法和技巧,我的学生们再做这种类型的题目,无一同学失分。
在初中阶段,学生主要学习并运用6种时态:一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在进行时、过去进行时和现在完成时。对于初中阶段这6种时态所出现的任意句子,只要用“巧解英语划线部分提问三部曲”,答案就会迎刃而解。
巧解三步曲:
第一步:将原句子变成一般疑问句。
第二步:仔细分析划线部分,选准特殊疑问词(who,which,when,where,what,how,why)
第三步:把选好的疑问词放在所变的一般疑问句前面,并且同时删除划线部分即可。
具体例子分析:
一、一般现在时
1、I am Lucy.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Are you Lucy?
第二步:因为划线部分Lucy ,指人,所以选用疑问词who。
第三步:Who are you Lucy?
所以,Who are you?就是此题答案。
2、I often do my homework.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Do you often do your homework?
第二步:因为划线部分your homework,指物,所以选用疑问词what。
第三步:What do you often do your homework?
所以,What do you often do?就是此题答案。
二、一般过去时
1、I was at home last night.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Were you at home last night?
第二步:因为划线部分at home ,指地点,所以选用疑问词where。
第三步:Where were you at home last night?
所以,Where were you last night?就是此题答案。
2、He bought a car last year.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Did he buy a car last year?
第二步:因為划线部分last year,指时间,所以选用疑问词when。
第三步:When did he buy a car last year?
所以,When did he buy a car ?就是此题答案。
三、一般将来时
1、John is going to buy a computer next week.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Is John going to buy a computer next week?
第二步:因为划线部分a computer,指物,所以选用疑问词what。
第三步:What is John going to buy a computer next week?
所以,What is John going to buy next week?就是此题答案。
2、I will go to China because China is great.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Will you go to China because China is great?
第二步:因为划线部分because China is great,指原因,所以选用疑问词why。
第三步:Why will you go to China because China is great?
所以,Why will you go to China?就是此题答案。
四、现在进行时
1、Mike is washing his clothes now.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Is Mike washing his clothes now?
第二步:因为划线部分washing his clothes ,指动作,做什么,所以选用疑问词what。 doing
第三步:What is Mike washing his clothes now?
所以,What is Mike doing now?就是此题答案。
五、过去进行时
1、Chair Xi was giving a report at nine o’clock on October 18th.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Was Chair Xi giving a report at nine o’clock on October 18th?
第二步:因为划线部分Chair Xi ,指人,所以选用疑问词who。
第三步:Who Was Chair Xi giving a report at nine o’clock on October 18th?
所以,Who Was giving a report at nine o’clock on October 18th?就是此题答案。
六、现在完成时
1、I have finished my work.(对划线部分提问)
第一步:Have you finished your work?
第二步:因为划线部分your work,指物,所以选用疑问词what。
第三步:What have you finished your work?
所以,What have you finished?就是此题答案。
针对这6种时态,每种时态我抽取了具体句型结构中的简单句子作了简要分析,只要孩子们按照巧解对划线部分提问三步曲走,相信这些曾经的“拦路虎”马上就会变成小菜一碟!同时希望孩子们在学习上有更多自己的发现,学会发现问题,并努力解决问题。
