利用从本试验32对引物中筛选得到的7对稳定可靠的SSR标记引物,对10份柳枝稷种质材料进行遗传多样性的SSR分析。结果表明:不同种质材料在7个位点的PIC值在0.669~0.881之间,遗传相似系数在0.385 4~0.905 7范围内波动。依据遗传距离和引物,应用非加权组平均法(UPGMA)对材料进行聚类分析,其中引物5211_B07的聚类结果和遗传距离的聚类结果相同:5个登记品种材料和野生种质材料No.2聚为一类,种质间遗传关系较近;其他4份野生种质聚为另一大类。
Seven pairs of stable and reliable SSR-labeled primers were screened from 32 primers in this experiment, and SSR analysis of genetic diversity of 10 parts of switchgrass germplasm was carried out. The results showed that the PIC value of seven germplasms varied from 0.669 to 0.881 at 7 loci and the genetic similarity coefficient fluctuated within the range of 0.385 4 to 0.905 7. According to the genetic distance and primers, the UPGMA method was used to cluster the materials, and the clustering results of the primer 5211_B07 and the genetic distance were the same: five registered varieties and wild germplasm materials. 2 clustered into one category with a close genetic relationship among germplasms; the other four wild germplasms clustered into another category.
