采用C5石油树脂做松香补充剂,利用阳离子复配型乳化剂制备阳离子分散松香胶,初步探讨C5石油树脂在胶料中的含量、硫酸铝用量、施胶剂用量对其施胶效果的影响。结果表明:加入5%～20%的C5石油树脂做松香补充剂,能够明显提高阳离子分散松香胶的施胶效率,在施胶剂用量仅0.8%～1.0%、硫酸铝用量2%～2.5%的条件下即可获得良好的施胶效果。
C5 petroleum resin is used as rosin supplement, and cationic mixed emulsifier is used to prepare cationic dispersion rosin gum. The effects of content of C5 petroleum resin in rubber compound, amount of aluminum sulfate and sizing agent on its sizing effect are discussed. The results showed that the addition of 5% ~ 20% C5 petroleum resin as rosin supplement can obviously improve the sizing efficiency of cationic disperse rosin gum. When the amount of sizing agent is only 0.8% ~ 1.0%, the amount of aluminum sulfate is 2% ~ 2.5% Under the conditions to get a good sizing effect.
