多元Cu-Ni-Al合金的耐磨性能研究

采用离心铸造方法制备了一种具有良好耐热和耐磨性能的多元Cu-Ni-Al基白铜合金,用微动摩擦磨损试验重点研究了该合金中的镍含量对合金耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:随着镍含量从10wt%增加到17wt%,合金的磨损质量损失降低了约60%。继续增大镍含量,合金的耐磨性无明显变化。合金主要磨损机制为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。合金耐磨性提高的主要原因是Ni含量的增加提高了合金的固溶强化效果,减弱了基体的粘着磨损。 A multicomponent Cu-Ni-Al based white copper alloy with good heat resistance and wear resistance was prepared by centrifugal casting. The effect of nickel content in the alloy on the wear resistance of the alloy was studied with fretting friction and wear test. The results show that as the nickel content increases from 10wt% to 17wt%, the wear loss of the alloy decreases by about 60%. Continue to increase the nickel content, wear resistance of the alloy no significant change. The main wear mechanism of the alloy is adhesive wear and abrasive wear. The main reason for the improvement of the wear resistance of the alloy is that the increase of Ni content improves the solid solution strengthening effect of the alloy and weakens the adhesive wear of the matrix.
