目的探讨CD44在人肝细胞癌中的行为及价值。方法应用Northernblot及RT-PCR方法对30例人肝细胞中CD44表达进行研究。结果 Northernblot结果表明,30例癌组织中有11例阳性,30例癌旁肝组织有5例阳性,CD44在肝细胞癌组织中的表达与癌周肝组织中的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。RT-PCR研究表明,30例癌组织中有16例阳性,30例癌旁肝组织中有10例阳性,CD44在癌组织及癌旁肝组织中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。癌组织中的表达与AFP及肝细胞癌的分期间存在相关关系(P=0.024;P=0.007)。结论 CD44基因可作为肝癌分期的一项指标并可能在肝癌形成过程中起调节作用。
Objective To investigate the behavior and value of CD44 in human hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expression of CD44 in human hepatocytes was studied by Northern blot and RT-PCR. Results Northern blot results showed that 11 out of 30 cases of cancer were positive and 5 cases of adjacent liver tissue were positive in 5 cases. The expression of CD44 in hepatocellular carcinoma was not significantly different from that in the surrounding liver tissue (P>0.05). ). RT-PCR studies showed that 16 of the 30 cases of cancer were positive, and 10 of the 30 cases of adjacent liver tissue were positive. There was no significant difference in the expression of CD44 between cancer tissues and adjacent liver tissues (P>0.05). There was a correlation between the expression of AFP and hepatocellular carcinoma in cancer tissues (P=0.024; P=0.007). Conclusion The CD44 gene may serve as an index of liver cancer staging and may play a role in the regulation of liver cancer formation.
