In our previous work, we investigated the conditions and properties of rhythmic activity of porcine ventricular myocytes after prolonged hypothermia. This work is to investigate the role of [K ~ +] changes in perfusate in rhythm activities. The response of [K ~ +] changes in perfusate was observed in fresh specimens and specimens treated with low temperature (0 ~ 4 ℃) for 24 hours. The contents of Typhoid solution per liter were as follows: Na ~ + 148mM, Ca ~ (++) 2.2mM, Mg ~ (++) 0.5mM, K ~ + 2.8mM, HCO 3 ~ - 12mM, Cl ~ - 139.2mM, H 2 PO 4 ~ 3 mM and glucose 5.5 mM. In the experiment, the content of K ~ + in Tyrode’s solution was changed to 1.4 mM, 0.7 mM and 0 mM, respectively, while the rest of the components remained unchanged.
