犯错高管自免职期起,不到五年能否被复用。可以复用,但需有条件。即必须在阳光下操作,在阳光下任用!所谓在阳光下操作,关键是要实施“公示制”。有关国资委需向广大人民说明两个问题,听取一个意见。两个问题是:指犯错高管改错的情况和为什么要破时任用的理由。根据复用单位的规模,或在全国,或在省市及一定地区内进行公示,广泛听取各方意见。
