本文运用Tobit模型引入林权改革和市场激励变量,采用福建省南平市、三明市和龙岩市7个县1998—2015年商品林种植农户生产行为累计调研数据对林农生产投入行为进行实证研究。结果表明:农户近期林地资金强度大于中期与早期的;户主年龄大、家庭经营模式的小农户更倾向于劳动主导型投入,而户主年龄较小、联户经营模式的大农户更倾向于资金主导型投入;林农对林地的投入行为受林权改革、市场激励等因素影响显著,表现为林权证的发放和林地流入能显著提高农户对林地劳动力、资金以及总资本的投入;木材市场价格和林地流转价格对农户的劳动力投入影响不显著,但在一定程度上显著提高了农户对林地的资金投入;另外,林地流转价格对总投入有显著的正向影响。 In this paper, Tobit model was used to introduce forest rights reform and market incentive variables. Empirical research was conducted on the input-behavior of forest farmers from 1998 to 2015 accumulated data on production behavior of commercial forest farmers from 7 counties in Nanping, Sanming and Longyan. In addition, the price of forest land transfer has a significant positive impact on the total investment.
