地方性斑疹伤寒是莫氏立克次体经鼠蚤媒介所致的急性传染病。笔者从１９９６年开始用双黄连粉针剂配合西药治疗地方性斑疹伤寒，并与单纯西药治疗组进行临床对比，疗效显著，报道如下。１临床资料本组病例，均为１９９６年１月～１９９７年１２月住院治疗的地方性斑疹伤寒患者 Endemic typhus is an acute infectious disease caused by the rodent flea in Morse rickettsia.
