设计9根试件,通过单调加载试验研究了掺废弃混凝土块的钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能,分析了废弃混凝土块掺入率对试件受力过程、破坏形态、承载力和延性的影响。研究结果表明:掺入率对试件的受力过程及破坏形态影响较小,所有试件均经历了弹性阶段、屈服阶段及破坏阶段,破坏形态均为材料破坏,但轴压承载力随掺入率的提高而降低。借鉴国内外钢管混凝土结构设计标准计算试件承载力,并与试验结果对比分析,给出了掺有废弃混凝土块的钢管混凝土中长柱的轴压承载力的建议设计公式,可为钢管再生混凝土后续研究和推广提供参考。
Nine specimens were designed and tested by monotonic loading tests. The axial compressive properties of CFST long columns filled with discarded concrete blocks were studied. The influence of the mixing ratio of discarded concrete blocks on the stress process, failure mode, bearing capacity and ductility of the specimens was analyzed . The results show that the incorporation rate has little effect on the stress process and failure mode of the specimens, and all the specimens have experienced elastic stage, yield stage and failure stage, and the failure modes are all material failure. However, Increase the rate of decline. Based on the design criteria of CFST structures both at home and abroad, the bearing capacity of specimens is calculated and compared with the test results. The proposed design formula of axial compressive bearing capacity of CFST long columns with discarded concrete blocks is given. Follow-up research and promotion for reference.
