介绍了某工业遗址改造成的观景平台受力特性。该观景平台为冬奥广场景观工程的一部分,外形要求高,故结构体系较为不利。通过对该观景平台结构进行有限元建模分析,经过不同的结构方案对比,选出较为合理的方案后,通过加速度时程法进行舒适度分析,得出结论:对于工业遗址改造项目,既有建筑物的基础往往可以得到利用;经过优化设计,长悬臂平台能满足舒适度的要求;观景平台设计时,要充分重视荷载不均匀分布带来的不利影响。
Introduced the performance characteristics of a viewing platform transformed into an industrial site. The viewing platform is part of the Winter Olympics landscape project. The appearance requirements are high and the structural system is relatively unfavorable. Through the finite element modeling analysis of the viewing platform structure, after comparing different structural schemes and choosing a more reasonable scheme, the analysis of comfort is performed through the acceleration time-history method and the conclusion is drawn that: for industrial redevelopment projects, both The foundation of a building can often be used; after being optimized, the long cantilever platform can meet the requirements of comfort; when designing the viewing platform, it must pay full attention to the adverse effects caused by uneven distribution of the load.
