Situation and Opportunities After World War II, the international economic structure underwent many turmoil and adjustments. As a result, many developing countries became well-developed industrial powers. The first readjustment in the late 1950s led West Germany to seize the opportunity to develop emerging industries such as computers and electronics quickly and far outnumber the United Kingdom. Japan also seized this opportunity to develop the automotive, electronics and heavy chemical industries to become World economic power. In the late 1960s, the second international economic restructuring began. Four small dragons in Asia took the opportunity to take off the economy. However, our country has lost two golden seasons of adjustment. In the 1980s, the international economic structure witnessed great turmoil. In a fiercely competitive market, with the developed countries as the center, the peripheral economic structure in the developing industrialized countries and regions has become the trend of the third structural readjustment.
