用AEO-9、三溴化磷、双酚A、氢氧化钠、氯磺酸等为原料合成了一种以双酚A为支撑基的双磺酸盐型表面活性剂。该表面活性剂的水溶液在25℃时的临界胶束浓度cmc≈2.5×10-4mol/L,表面张力γcmc≈22.3 mN/m。同传统的磺酸盐表面活性剂相比临界胶束浓度低32~39倍,表面张力低16~18 mN/m。所合成的双磺酸盐型表面活性剂与CTAB组成的复配体系具有协同效应,当二者复配比例为1∶2时,它的cmc和γcmc值分别为0.1 mmol/L和22.5 mN/m,表明复配体系比单一组分具有更高的表面活性。
A kind of bisphenol A-based bis-sulfonate surfactant was synthesized by using AEO-9, phosphorus tribromide, bisphenol A, sodium hydroxide and chlorosulfonic acid as raw materials. The aqueous solution of the surfactant has a critical micelle concentration cmc of 2.5 × 10 -4 mol / L at 25 ° C. and a surface tension γcmc of 22.3 mN / m at 25 ° C. Compared with the traditional sulfonate surfactant, the critical micelle concentration is 32-39 times lower and the surface tension is 16-18 mN / m lower. The synergistic effect of the synthesized bis-sulfonate surfactant and CTAB compound system was obtained. When the compounding ratio was 1: 2, the cmc and γcmc values were 0.1 mmol / L and 22.5 mN / m, indicating that the complex system has higher surface activity than the single component.
