考察了Seplite LX-66型大孔吸附树脂对补肾益寿胶囊5味药材水提液的精制工艺,筛选最佳条件并探讨大孔吸附树脂再生条件及老化情况。建立了补肾益寿胶囊5味药材水提液的HPLC指纹图谱,以选定的10个共有色谱峰为指标,结合70%乙醇洗脱液干膏收率评价Seplite LX-66型大孔吸附树脂上样量、洗脱条件和树脂再生条件及老化情况。精制工艺的最佳条件为:上样温度60℃,水提液上样量为2倍大孔吸附树脂干重,水和70%乙醇洗脱2.7和2.0倍柱体积。以该工艺重复操作17批次,大孔吸附树脂未老化。
The purification technology of Seplite LX-66 Macroporous Adsorption Resin on the aqueous extract of Bushen Yishou Capsule was investigated. The optimal conditions were screened and the regeneration conditions and aging of macroporous adsorption resin were discussed. The HPLC fingerprinting of water extract of five herbs of Bushen Yishou Capsule was established. Based on the selected 10 common chromatographic peaks and the yield of dried ointment of 70% ethanol eluent, the HPLC fingerprint of Seplite LX-66 macroporous adsorption resin Sample volume, elution conditions and resin regeneration conditions and aging. The optimum conditions of the refining process were as follows: the sample temperature was 60 ℃, the amount of water extract was 2 times the dry weight of macroporous adsorption resin, and the column was eluted with water and 70% ethanol 2.7 and 2.0 times. 17 batches of this process repeated operation macroporous resin is not aging.
