研究了高性能电力铁塔角钢Q460TE的冲击性能,讨论了晶粒度、合金成分与轧后冷却等对其冲击值的影响。结果表明,相同轧制工艺,微合金含量高的角钢性能好,屈服强度都在460 MPa以上;对于小规格的角钢,变形量大,冷却速度快,当Nb+V含量较高时,析出物数量相对较少,而基体固溶含量相对增加,从而导致角钢的性能有所下降。在成分设计时应选择合适的微合金量。
The impact performance of Q460TE high performance electric angle steel was studied. The effect of grain size, alloy composition and cooling after rolling on the impact value was discussed. The results show that the same rolling process, high microalloyed angle steel performance is good, the yield strength is above 460 MPa; for small size angle steel, large deformation, cooling speed, when the Nb + V content is high, the precipitate The amount is relatively small, and the relative increase in solid solution content of the matrix, resulting in a decline in the performance of angle steel. In the composition design should choose the appropriate amount of micro-alloy.
