1.本文报告76例慢性支气管炎的肺功能测验,测验结果:随患病时间延长肺功能逐渐减退(个别病例例外),在损害的肺功能项目中,通气量最明显,肺容量次之,换气功能仅表现轻度氧吸收降低。 2.76例三年以上的慢性支气管炎中, 84.2%发展成肺气肿,肺功能测验对肺气肿的诊断,比临床诊断高22.36%。 3.最大呼气中期流速与最大通气量改变非常相近,由76例患者组实际测得值中计算出,最大呼气中期流速(升/秒)乘41.2±3.17等于最大通气量,此数值似可做为最大通气量的一种间接测定方法,但需继续观察和研究。
