事业单位作为公共服务组织,其对于社会发展具有重要的促进作用,而对于事业单位来说,要想提高人力资源管理水平,加强绩效考核,提高绩效考核水准,并实现反哺,促进人力资源管理水平的提升具有重要意义。本文通过对事业单位人力资源管理中绩效考核的作用进行分析,并提出了相应的绩效考核方法,以期更好地满足事业单位发展要求。
