本文对熔模精密铸造的冷型浇注进行试验研究。试验表明:熔模精密铸造型壳采用冷型浇注,可防止碳钢及低合金钢铸件的表面的氧化脱碳,有利于提高铸件的表面硬度;并可防止或减轻铸件表面的化学粘砂缺陷。试验中对型壳层在浇注后的温度分布进行了测定,对冷型壳的升温及应力变化规律,以及对型壳强度的影响进行了分析;并探讨了铸钢件表面化学粘砂机理。
In this paper, investment casting cold casting test. The results show that the die castings are cold pouring, which can prevent the oxidation and decarburization of the surface of carbon steel and low alloy steel castings, improve the surface hardness of castings and prevent or reduce the chemical sticking sand defects . In the experiment, the temperature distribution of shell after pouring was measured, the variation of temperature rise and stress of shell, and the influence on the shell strength were analyzed. The chemical sticking mechanism was also discussed.
