目的研究不同浓度的氯化两面针碱对斑马鱼胚胎中的SOD活性及MDA含量的影响。方法用正常发育后6 h(6 hpf)的胚胎进行不同浓度(0.5、1、2和3 mg/L)的氯化两面针碱药物处理72 h。药物处理完毕后,测定胚胎72 h的SOD活力及MDA含量。结果 SOD在0.5 mg/L组中活力明显高于对照组(P<0.01);随着药物浓度的增加,SOD活力与对照组相比,明显下降(P<0.01)。MDA含量在1、2和3 mg/L实验组中,随着药物浓度的增加而显著增加;0.5 mg/L组中,MDA含量与对照组接近。结论不同浓度的氯化两方针碱对斑马鱼机体中的SOD活力及MDA含量产生不同的影响,从而对胚胎产生保护或损伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of nitidine chloride at different concentrations on SOD activity and MDA content in zebrafish embryos. Methods The embryos at 6 hpf after normal development were treated with nitidine chloride at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 2 and 3 mg / L) for 72 h. After drug treatment, the SOD activity and MDA content of embryos were determined 72 h. Results The SOD activity in 0.5 mg / L group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). SOD activity was significantly decreased as the concentration of SOD increased compared with control group (P <0.01). In the experimental group of 1, 2 and 3 mg / L, the content of MDA increased significantly with the increase of the concentration of the drug. In the 0.5 mg / L group, the content of MDA was similar to that of the control group. Conclusion Different concentrations of two alkaloids of chlorinated alkaloids have different effects on SOD activity and MDA content in zebrafish body, which may have protective or damaging effects on embryos.
