此图绘于内蒙古自治区土默特右旗美岱召三佛殿二楼。美岱召建于明代后期,原名灵觉寺,清代更名寿灵寺。庙内各殿壁画大多为清人重绘。此图坐高170厘米,即为清代喇嘛教佛像画师所作。据姚桂轩在《中国美术金集·寺观壁画》中介绍:文殊菩萨结跏趺坐于莲花座上,头发饰宝珠和红色飘带,眉间有白毫相,表情安详,双耳垂肩,带红色耳环。菩萨敞胸,颈上带宝珠项链,左手指白色飘带,右手持智慧之剑,后面有项光、背光和云彩。
This picture was painted on the second floor of the Mei Dai Hall, Totem Right Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Meidai was built in the late Ming Dynasty, formerly known as Spirit Temple, the Qing Dynasty renamed Shou Ling Temple. Most of the temple murals for the Qing redraw. This figure sit 170 cm high, that is, made in the Qing Dynasty Lama teach Buddha painter. According to Yao Guixuan in the “Chinese art Jijiji Temple murals” description: Manjusri Bodhisattva sitting in the lotus seat, hair decorated with beads and red streamers, eyebrows have white milliliters, expression of calm, ears shoulders, with red earrings. Bodhisattva open chest, necklace with pearl necklace, left hand refers to the white ribbon, the right hand holding the sword of wisdom, followed by a light, backlight and clouds.
