我国进行月球探测的核心目标之一就是采集样品返回地球,并保证样品不受污染,密封技术就成为月球探测的关键技术之一。本文对调研到的国外地外星体采样封装技术进行分析比较,提出了一种采用样月球样品充氮保护密封技术,并通过理论计算分析了充氮保护密封技术的可行性,设计充氮保护密封试验,试验结果表明:充氮保护密封技术能够有效地保护月球样品,防止地球大气污染月球样品。
One of the core goals of lunar exploration in our country is to collect samples back to Earth and ensure that the samples are not contaminated. Sealing technology has become one of the key technologies for lunar exploration. In this paper, we analyzed and compared the sampling and packaging technologies of alien stars in foreign countries. We proposed a sample-filled nitrogen-filled protective seal technology and analyzed the feasibility of nitrogen-filled protective seal technology by theoretical calculation. We designed a nitrogen-filled protective seal Test results show that the nitrogen-filled protective sealing technology can effectively protect the lunar samples and prevent the earth’s atmosphere from contaminating the lunar samples.
