研究了球孢白僵菌、金龟子绿僵菌和粉拟青霉在吐温-80及6种不同的洗衣粉中的分散性及活力(以发芽率计).结果表明,3种真菌在这些表面活性剂中的分散指数差异不显著。白僵菌和绿僵菌在不同浓度的吐温-80液中的发芽率多显著高于不加表面活性别的对照,但绿僵菌在0.2%吐温液中显著低于对照。多数洗衣粉显著抑制3种在菌的萌发,但白僵菌在0.1%和0.05%白猫牌无泡超浓缩洗衣粉中发芽率与对照差异不显著。在5%和2%葡萄糖液、2%和1%蛋白胜液中,白僵菌孢子在后者发芽率最高。
The dispersibility and viability of Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae and Penicillium chrysogenum in Tween-80 and six different detergent powders were studied. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the dispersion index of the three fungi among these surfactants. Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae in different concentrations of Tween -80 liquid germination rate was significantly higher than without surface active control, but Metarhizium anisopliae in 0.2% Tween was significantly lower than the control. The majority of laundry detergent significantly inhibited the germination of three kinds of bacteria, but the germination rate of Beauveria bassiana in 0.1% and 0.05% white cat foam-free super-concentrated washing powder was not significantly different from the control. Beauveria bassiana spores had the highest rate of germination in the latter at 5% and 2% glucose, 2% and 1% protein solutions.
