随着全球化进程在不断的被推进中,企业也将面临更为激烈的竞争环境中,而人力资源也是企业在实现可持续发展的重要组成部分。只有加强好人力资源的管理运用,才能综合的提升企业在竞争环境当中的实力,而在资源基础的理论角度上来看,企业的竞争优势源自于企业内部,包括硬件设备的有形与无形资源。从资源基础的理论角度上来看战略性的人力资源的管理,在一定程度上具有优势,但是企业仍需要对其进行有效的管理策略,以此来提高对人力资源的管理。
As globalization progresses, enterprises will also face a more fierce competitive environment, and human resources are also an important part of enterprises in achieving sustainable development. Only by strengthening management and utilization of human resources can we comprehensively enhance our competitiveness in the competitive environment. From the perspective of resource-based theory, the competitive advantages of enterprises originate from the physical and intangible resources of enterprises, including hardware and equipment. From a theoretical perspective of resource-based strategic human resources management, to a certain extent, has advantages, but enterprises still need to be effective management strategies, in order to improve the management of human resources.
