张成福是河北省怀安县乔家房乡两旗屯二村人,今年29岁,全家有9口人,4个劳动力,经营着24亩耕地。今年在种好责任田的同时,自愿承包离村7里远的632亩小流域治理面积。 张成福承包的小流域,属土石低缓丘陵较强烈侵蚀区。流域内有较大的荒沟3条,占地35亩,砾石坡234亩、撂荒地12亩、土质荒坡386亩,此区立地条件较好,自然覆盖度在30～70％左右。 治理规划:在较大的荒沟内筑石谷坊99道,土谷坊11道,开引洪
Zhang Chengfu is the village of Liangqi Village, Qiaojiafang, Huaian County, Hebei Province. He is 29 years old and has 9 family members and 4 laborers and operates 24 mu of arable land. This year, while cultivating a responsible farmland, we voluntarily contracted 632 mu of small watershed management area far away from the village. Zhang Chengfu small watershed contract, is a relatively low erosion of hilly areas of soil erosion. There are 3 large wilderness ditches in the basin, covering an area of 35 mu, 234 mu of gravel slope, 12 mu of wasteland, and 386 mu of soilless barren land.
