关注人是新课程的核心理念——“一切为了每一位学生的发展”。学生与学生之间在智能、兴趣、爱好、个性特长以及每个学生的发展方向、发展速度和最终发展水平,都存在着差异。分层教学,实现了面向全体学生这一目标,更有利于每个学生在各自发展区得到更充分的发展。实施分层教学,可采取以下措施:⑴能力分层。了解各层次学生的差异,确立分层教学的教学目标。⑵任务分层。提出分层预习要求,课堂教学分层实施,分层设计作业练习。⑶评价分层。
Focus on people is the core concept of the new curriculum - “Everything for every student’s development ”. Differences exist between students and students in terms of intelligence, interests, hobbies, personality traits, as well as each student’s development direction, pace of development and ultimate level of development.
