目的:了解黔东南州2009年流感样病例中甲型H1N1流感病毒感染情况,为甲型H1N1流感防控提供科学依据。方法:按照《甲型H1N1流感病毒RT-PCR检测技术标准操作规程》,使用Real-time RT-PCR方法对鼻咽拭子进行甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测。结果:2009年8月19日-12月31日共检测流感样病例标本773份,流感病毒核酸检测阳性381份,阳性率为49.29%,其中检出甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性219份,阳性率为28.33%,检出季节性流感病毒核酸阳性162份,阳性率为20.96%。2009年9月12日检出黔东南州首例甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性病例,10月29日-11月4日甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性检出率达到高峰(61.82%)。甲型H1N1流感发病年龄集中在5岁~19岁,学生和托幼儿童分别占78.08%和5.02%。结论:开展甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测,有助于了解甲型H1N1流感病毒感染情况,为临床的诊治以及合理制定甲型H1N1流感病毒防控策略提供依据。
Objective: To understand the influenza A (H1N1) virus infection in influenza-like cases in Southeast Guizhou Province in 2009, providing a scientific basis for the prevention and control of Influenza A (H1N1). Methods: Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect the influenza A (H1N1) virus in nasopharyngeal swabs according to the Standard Operating Procedures for RT-PCR Detection of Influenza A H1N1 Influenza Virus. Results: A total of 773 samples of influenza-like illness were detected from August 19 to December 31, 2009, and 381 were positive for influenza virus nucleic acid. The positive rate was 49.29%, of which 219 were positive for influenza A (H1N1) The rate was 28.33%. 162 positive samples of seasonal influenza virus were detected, the positive rate was 20.96%. On September 12, 2009, the first case of nucleic acid positive for Influenza A (H1N1) was detected in Qiandongnan Prefecture. The positive rate of nucleic acid positive for Influenza A (H1N1) virus reached 61.82% from October 29 to November 4. The onset age of Influenza A (H1N1) virus mainly concentrated in the age group of 5 to 19 years old, with 78.08% and 5.02% of students and childcare children respectively. Conclusion: The detection of influenza A (H1N1) virus nucleic acid can help understand the status of influenza A (H1N1) virus infection and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and rational control strategy of Influenza A (H1N1) virus.
