自幼补钙增加雌性鼠峰值骨密度的研究

10 0只 8周龄 Wistar雌鼠分为 5组分别喂饲不同含钙量饲料 32周后 ,每组半数动物处死 ;剩余大鼠除假去势组外均作双侧卵巢切除 ,术后大鼠喂饲相同含钙量膳食 10周后处死。处死大鼠作骨密度、骨矿含量、骨组织切片及血清有关指标检测。结果 :高钙组峰值骨密度明显高于低钙组 (P<0 .0 1)。去势 10周后以低钙组骨密度最低 (P<0 .0 5 )。骨组织形态学显示骨峰值期高钙组骨皮质较低钙组厚 ,骨小梁多且粗大。结论 :自幼补钙有利于形成较高的峰值骨密度 ,而较高的峰值骨密度可延缓去势后骨量的丢失 ,从而对骨质疏松的发生发展有一定防治作用 One hundred and eight weeks old Wistar female rats were divided into 5 groups, fed different diets with different calcium contents for 32 weeks. Half of the animals in each group were sacrificed. All the remaining rats were ovariectomized except the sham group. Rats were sacrificed 10 weeks after the same calcium diet. Rats were sacrificed for bone mineral density, bone mineral content, bone tissue sections and serum related indicators detection. Results: The peak BMD in high calcium group was significantly higher than that in low calcium group (P <0.01). After 10 weeks of castration, the BMD of the lowest calcium group was the lowest (P <0.05). Bone histomorphology showed that in the peak period of bone, the cortical bone in the high calcium group had thicker calcium group with more trabecular and coarse. CONCLUSION: Calcium supplementation at an early age is beneficial to the formation of high peak BMD, while higher peak BMD may delay the loss of bone mass after ovariectomy, which may have some preventive and therapeutic effects on the occurrence and development of osteoporosis
