将5,6月龄人胎肺细胞连续接种于半固体琼脂,发现:克隆形成率与培养时间及传代次数成反比。分离到的克隆形成细胞离体培养寿命延长,部分失去接触抑制,可能是致癌物引起恶性转化的主要靶细胞。
The 5- and 6-month-old human fetal lung cells were inoculated on semi-solid agar and found that the rate of colony formation was inversely proportional to the culture time and the number of passages. The isolated clonogenic cells prolonged their life span and partly lost contact inhibition, which may be the main target cells of malignant transformation induced by carcinogens.
