近日,作为房产税的主要呼吁者,财政部财政科学研究所所长贾康在《中国企业家》举办的“2010(第九届)中国企业领袖年会”上表示,为实现收入分配改革目标,应推出对不动产保有环节征收财产税的制度框架,进行房产税试点。面对呼之欲出的房产税,很多原本蠢蠢欲动的投资者开始犹豫,转而采取按兵不动的观望策略,此时,投资楼市的风险不言而喻。
