由莪术醇的Ritter反应,获得了一种新的生理活性化合物(Ⅲ)。应用二维核磁共振技术(1H-1HCOSY,1H-13CCOSY和远程1H-13CCOSY)等光谱学方法,结合莪术醇的绝对构型,提出了标题化合物的立体构型。
A new physiologically active compound (Ⅲ) was obtained from the Ritter reaction of curcumol. The stereo configuration of the title compound was proposed by using two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-1HCOSY, 1H-13CCOSY and long-range 1H-13CCOSY) spectroscopy combined with the absolute configuration of curcumol.
