目的了解贫困山区居民卫生服务需要和利用情况。方法随机抽取营山县的9个村的18岁以上的986名留守居民为调查对象,用自制问卷调查其健康状况及其卫生服务需要与利用状况。结果居民的两周患病率为49.7%,患者的两周就诊率为43.1%,50.1%的患者在个人诊所就诊;近一年的住院率为13.8%,需住院人数中未住院的人数占56.5%,57.4%的住院病人在乡镇卫生院住院;有21.7%的居民的医疗支出占家庭总支出的一半以上,91.9%的居民的医疗费用支出是自费的。结论营山县贫困山区居民的健康状况较差,医疗费用支出较大难以承受。
Objective To understand the health service needs and utilization of poor mountain residents. Methods A total of 986 left-behind residents over the age of 18 in 9 villages in Yingshan County were randomly selected as the survey subjects, and their health status and health service needs and utilization status were investigated with a self-made questionnaire. Results The two-week prevalence rate of residents was 49.7%, the patient’s two-week consultation rate was 43.1%, 50.1% of patients were seen in personal clinics, the hospitalization rate in the past year was 13.8%, and the number of unincorporated patients required to be hospitalized accounted for 56.5%, 57.4% of inpatients were hospitalized in township health centers; 21.7% of the residents’ medical expenses accounted for more than half of the total household expenses, and 91.9% of the residents’ medical expenses were at their own expense. Conclusion The health status of residents in impoverished mountainous areas in Yingshan County is poor, and medical expenses are too large to bear.
