本文用优化设计方法,提出进气系统简化的数学模型。在实现进气过程惯性效应保证发动机充量最大的条件下,分析了进气管系结构参数与发动机气缸容积、工作转速以及配气相位角之间的关系。本文还探讨了进气充量优化的设计变量、约束条件和优化的目标函数。运用复合形优化计算方法编制了进气系统设计参数的优化程序。实例计算得到的结果与实验结果是基本符合的。本文运用的优化方法与理论同样也适用于其他系统参数的优化设计。
In this paper, a simplified mathematical model of the intake system is proposed with the optimization design method. Under the condition that the inertia effect of the intake process ensures the maximum engine charge, the relationship between the structural parameters of the intake manifold and the engine cylinder volume, working speed and gas phase angle is analyzed. This paper also discusses the design variables, constraints and optimization objective function of intake charge optimization. The optimization procedure of the design parameters of the intake system was developed by using complex shape optimization method. The result calculated by the example is in good agreement with the experimental result. The optimization method and theory used in this paper also apply to the optimization design of other system parameters.
